According to the cathedral architect Åsa Flarup Källmark, it can be difficult to see the constant renovation work that takes place indoors. Which is also the hope, as these works will not interfere with ongoing activities held in the church. As the church began to be built in the 13th century, the building needs to be constantly modernized and adapted to today's needs.
