The industrial tribunal of Boulogne-Billancourt (Hauts-de-Seine) postponed Friday to April 17 the hearing of the dispute between Carlos Ghosn and his former employer Renault to claim retirement compensation of 250,000 euros.

To everyone's surprise, a request for a referral was made by the lawyers of the former Renault manager Carlos Ghosn, who is claiming retirement compensation of 250,000 euros from the industrial tribunal. The lawyers, however, had themselves seized the industrial tribunals for interim measures, that is to say via an emergency procedure which presupposes the evidence of the facts.

The approach had made the CGT Renault jump which denounces cynicism and contempt for the employees of its former boss.
