The number of female applicants for the high school's transport education has increased in recent years. Almost two years ago Elina Kvist himself took the student from Elof Lindälv's high school in Kungsbacka.
At Elina's workplace, 5 of 16 employees are women. Both hauliers and industry representatives testify, among other things, that women contribute to a better atmosphere at work.
- It's been a long time. It's nice when there are more girls, so I can chew a little with them too, ”she says.
