When the police patrol signaled for the driver to stop, he ignored it and drove on. Police picked up the chase along the E4, from Gävlebro and south, before the driver departed from the E4. It was not until the car drove over a nail that the police laid out on County Road 755 near Tierp, the car chase ended.
The driver was a man in his 30s, and he is now suspected of both carelessness in traffic, gross unlawful driving, and not having stopped at the police's sign.
There was also a female passenger in her car at the age of 20, who was suspected of drug offenses and taken for trial.
