"We don't forget!" It was under these cries that François Hollande, the former President of the Republic, had to be exfiltrated from the small bookstore in Montreuil, east of Paris, Wednesday, February 19. Several demonstrators had come to disrupt the signing session of the former president. The information, revealed by Liberation, was confirmed to AFP by police sources.

Come to present to children and adolescents his book "Leur République", François Hollande was interrupted by a dozen demonstrators. On a video broadcast on YouTube by one of the protesters, we see them chanting "Holland, get out!", "Labor law" or "Justice for Adama". And launch to the audience: "Children, don't listen to Pinocchio!".

This book is above all a duty. What is more important for a former President than transmitting to the younger generations? "Leur République" is available today in all @GlenatBD bookstores. Copyright will be donated to @BSF_Inter. pic.twitter.com/Ke2EIIrSCv

We then see the ex-head of state come out of the bookseller under hoots, and under police escort.

"There was no real desire to fight it, it was local far left activists who were mainly intimidated," a police source told AFP.
