The Norwegian duo Johannes Boe-Marte Olsbu Roeiseland was crowned world champion in single mixed relay, Thursday in Anterselva, France (Anaïs Bescond, Emilien Jacquelin) taking 3rd place.

Norway thus confirms its dominance in this specialty after the success in mixed relay (team of four) at the opening of the Worlds.

Boe and Roeiseland were 17.6 seconds ahead of Germany (Franziska Preuss, Erik Lesser) and 29.8 seconds ahead of Bescond and Jacquelin. This bronze medal puts a little balm in the hearts of the French, who have so far passed completely by the wayside while for Jacquelin, titled during the chase, the fairy tale continues in Italian Tyrol.

Roeiseland climbs for the 5th time on the podium in these World Championships after the gold of the sprint and the mixed relay and the bronze of the pursuit and the Individual.

Boe, still without an individual victory (money from the pursuit and the Individual), consoles himself with a second success in mixed relay with Norway.
