According to the Korean Center for Disease Control and Prevention, a new infection has been confirmed in a hospital in Chengdu Province, not far from Daegu, bringing the number of people infected with the virus in this hospital to 16.

On Wednesday, a patient died from a coronavirus infection.

Korea is the second country in the world after China in terms of the number of people infected with the virus, but it is the third largest epidemic in the world, as the "Diamond Princess" ship anchored in the port of Yokohama, on the outskirts of Tokyo, has recorded more than 600 cases to date.

Kuwaiti Ports
On Thursday, Kuwait Airways announced that it had suspended all flights to Iran starting today, following instructions from the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health and the General Administration of Civil Aviation, amid fears of an outbreak of the Corona virus.

The Kuwait News Agency said that the Ports Corporation decided to stop the transfer of individuals to and from Iran from Thursday until further notice due to fears of the spread of Corona virus in Iran.

On Thursday, the Iranian Ministry of Health announced that two Iranians had died of the virus and had registered three cases.

Kuwaiti Airlines suspended the operation of all its flights to Iran from today, on the advice of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health and the Civil Aviation Authority.
