For some years it has been difficult to recruit temporary workers for summer jobs in care and care. This applies to municipalities as well as to the region as a whole. But in Borlänge it looks brighter than in a long time. Nearly 400 people have applied for health care for the summer. Which is more than a doubling compared to the same time last year.
In addition to so many applied for summer jobs in healthcare and care, more of the applicants also have education and experience.
One of the reasons is believed to be high level of satisfaction, as evaluations from last year suggest.
In total, about 500 temporary workers are needed, and since the search pressure so far has been so great, it is believed that the places will be filled in good time this summer.
