The incident occurred on the morning of February 20. An-2, carrying shift workers, made a hard landing shortly after take-off. Onboard there were 12 passengers and two crew members, all of them were able to leave the board on their own.
Investigators are considering two main versions of what happened: a technical malfunction and a violation of piloting rules.
