It was on January 25 that the body parts were found in a forest part of Hällede south of Våxtorp. The police can now say that it is a man. But what age he was or where he comes from is still too early to say.

- We will start by searching for the DNA register that already exists. If we do not get any hits there, we may start to look more selectively, that is, towards people who have disappeared or their relatives, explains Lars-Gunnar Perlinger.

Have made more bargains

Where the person is written in Sweden, he is convinced that you will be able to find out who it was. If a person is not a resident of Sweden, it becomes more difficult.

Considering what the body parts looked like when they were found, the police have constantly suspected that it was a murder. The exact time is unknown, but the crime classification remains.

- We will search the site again. We have made some discoveries, including additional body parts. I don't want to comment any more, says Lars-Gunnar Perlinger.

P4 Halland was the first to report on the news.
