We do not yet know what motivated his action. On Wednesday, around 5:15 p.m., a 30-year-old homeless man was arrested after the assault of a young police officer at the police station in the 7th arrondissement of Lyon, we learned from Rhône safety.
The suspect with 36 criminal records entered the police station in rue Raoul-Servant, armed with a shard of bottle. He then allegedly attempted to strike a 21-year-old assistant security police officer at the reception. The official managed to counter the blow. The suspect was subdued and arrested.
