The details of the case are due to the defendant, who works in a telecommunications company’s product marketing company, communicating with the victim and submitting an offer to her to subscribe to a phone service package that includes local and international calls and the Internet, and after agreeing to subscribe, he seized the package for himself, and informed her that the transaction stopped, while The victim bears the value of the three-month subscription to the service.
By asking the court’s body for the accused, he admitted the accusation against him, indicating that he had benefited from the package for himself, but for a period of one month, as the service was stopped by the operating company, due to the failure to pay the monthly bill.
