When the rescue service arrived at the scene, the fire was almost completely extinguished.
"The people involved had started extinguishing the scooter with a powder extinguisher and snow, they were going to seal the scooter themselves as well," says Mats Dahlberg, emergency response officer in readiness.
No person was injured.
