In recent years, the visitor numbers at the bathing facility in Arboga, which have both outdoor and indoor pools, have been steadily pointing upwards.

- We know that we also attract people from other places. The high numbers in 2018 were probably due to both the hot summer and the bathing in Köping was closed. But then it increased even more in 2019, says Maria Jonsson.

The poppy bath in Kolbäck and the Lärkans family bath in Sala are other examples of bathhouses in Västmanland that appear to have seen or have seen increased visitor pressure in recent years, according to the documentation that SVT has taken note of. (See fact box)
