Chinese health authorities said today, Wednesday, that a total of 14,376 patients infected with the new coronavirus have been discharged from hospital after recovering until the end of Tuesday.
In its daily report, the National Health Commission said that on Tuesday, 1,824 people were discharged from hospitals after recovering.
By the end of Tuesday, a total of 2004 people had died of the disease, and 74,185 confirmed cases of the virus had been reported in 31 provinces-level areas and the Xinjiang Corps of Production and Construction.
