A call to 112 around 20:30 last night for a possible case of sexist violence from an address of Alhaurín de la Torre , in Malaga , alerted the Civil Guard to go to the house where the senator was and member of the manager of Vox in Ceuta, Juan Ros Alcaide and a 61-year-old woman who was injured after an alleged assault that, allegedly, had committed Ros and that he himself recognized the agents who went to the home of the town of Malaga.

The victim, a 61-year-old woman whose relationship with the alleged perpetrator is unknown so far, said she did not want to report the alleged assault and before the immunity of the senator, who could not be arrested, forced the Civil Guard to cover security of the victim during the rest of the night accompanying the woman to the Clinical Hospital of Malaga after being treated urgently at the home where the parliamentarian allegedly committed the assault. The agents reported on the same night of Tuesday the alleged aggression to the court of guard of Gender Violence . The parliamentarian told the agents that the woman had consumed a large amount of drugs.

From the autonomous city the reaction has not been expected and it has been the Movement for Dignity and Citizenship , the party led by the deputy Fatima Ahmed , who has called for the resignation of the Senator by Ceuta of the formation of Santiago Abascal. A city that remains extremely polarized since the conversations of a chat of the leading members of Vox appeared in the city with offensive comments towards the Muslim community of the autonomous city.

Juan Ros Alcaide was elected senator by Ceuta after the repetition of the general elections last November 10, where Vox won the victory in Ceuta, obtaining the parliamentary representation of the only deputy for Ceuta and one in the Senate, which he shares with the PP

The Socialist Group in the Senate, through its Twitter account, has asked Vox to take action against Ros Alcaide. "You can not tolerate sexist violence in the plenary of the Senate," he says, and points to the leader of the radical right-wing party, Santiago Abascal: "You cannot silence this issue."
