Three months suspension. According to the Venezuelan government, the Portuguese company TAP allegedly violated international civil aviation standards twice Tuesday, February 11. " Given the serious irregularities committed during flight TP173 and in accordance with national civil aviation standards, the operations of the TAP airline to our territory are suspended for 90 days, " the Minister of Transport said on Twitter, Hipolito Abreu.

Last Wednesday, the president of the National Constituent Assembly , Diosdado Cabello, presented on television photos on which we could see small capsules. He claims that they were found in the suitcases of Juan Marquez.

The accused deny

The accusation was rejected by those around him. He denounces a montage whose goal is to weaken Juan Guaido. For its part, the airline also denied. According to her, it is impossible that such explosives were loaded on one of her planes.

An investigation has been opened by Portugal, but its Minister for Foreign Affairs has already warned that Caracas' accusations have no meaning. Meanwhile, Venezuela is depriving itself of one of its last air links to Europe and isolates itself a little more from the rest of the world.
