Sudanese Information Minister Faisal Saleh said that former President Omar al-Bashir and other suspects may be sent to The Hague for trial before the International Criminal Court, but added that any decision would need approval from military and civilian rulers.

"One possibility is that the International Criminal Court will come here and then appear before the International Criminal Court in Khartoum, or there may be a mixed court or they may be transferred to The Hague. This will be discussed with the International Criminal Court," Saleh told Reuters.
