They are suspected of being involved in a dark case of kidnapping and prostitution of minors. Six men, already unfavorably known to the justice system, were arrested by the gendarmes on January 28 in Seine-et-Marne, said a source close to the case at 20 minutes . After their police custody, the suspects were charged and imprisoned.

The case dates back to November 2019. A man uses the services of a prostitute contacted on the Internet. He tells the latter that he keeps cash at home. The young woman later returns to her client's home, accompanied by a friend, also a sex worker. They divert his attention while three hooded and armed men burst into the house. They tie up the victim they are threatening with a weapon and a tear gas canister.

A dozen prostitutes

The criminals then fled after stealing 1,000 euros from him, cell phones and a computer. An investigation was opened, entrusted to the gendarmes of the Paris research section and the Coulommiers research brigade. The investigations make it possible to identify a team of suspects operating near Meaux. The investigators also discover that the two prostitutes are minors.

On January 28, the gendarmes launched a vast operation allowing the arrest of the six wanted persons. During the searches, the investigators find handguns, ammunition, hoods, gloves, mobile phones, a computer, 2,885 euros, as well as a few hundred grams of cannabis resins. In addition, eight other sex workers are found in a squat in Nogent-sur-Oise.
