Barshai did not plead guilty on July 27 in Moscow

“I do not admit guilt,” TASS quoted him as saying in the Meshchansky court of Moscow.

According to the prosecution, Barshai deliberately ran away and jumped on an employee of the Russian Guard, resulting in injury to a law enforcement officer.

In October 2019, Barshay was charged with non-hazardous violence against the Russian Guard.
