The gendarmerie of Landes decided to quickly launch a call for witnesses after the disappearance of Maël, a 17-year-old teenager this Monday morning. He was traveling on foot in Mimizan commune when he disappeared at around 10 a.m., according to the investigators.
The young boy is of normal to strong build and is 1.90m tall. He is Caucasian and has a nascent beard. He would wear a black borsalino style hat, "said the police in the press release published on his Facebook page.
A canine team on site
Since this morning, around twenty gendarmes and a cynophile team from Pau have been looking for this miner, reports Sud Ouest. All persons likely to provide information are invited to contact the Mimizan gendarmerie brigade on 05 58 09 93 00.
