A criminal court in Dubai sentenced visitors of Arab nationality to 3 years in prison and deportation and a fine of 23,000 dirhams after they transferred the life of a Gulf Master student to a nightmare after her handbag was stolen by the first accused who offered her help in placing her bags inside a bus bound for Al Ain from Al Ghubaiba station In Dubai, he managed to penetrate her phone because he had secured a "naive" password, transmitted personal photos and videos to her and her friends, and published it among her relatives and acquaintances registered on her phone, with the help of the second accused.

The Public Prosecution directed the defendants to commit a felony threat by publishing videos and pictures if you did not pay them 3000 dirhams, and assaulting its privacy by transferring these materials to other people.

The Public Prosecution also accused the first accused of stealing a sports handbag belonging to the student, containing her phone, a contract of gold and other purposes.

The victim (28 years old) said that she was at Al Ghubaiba bus station heading to Al Ain, with a large travel bag and a heavy medium handbag, and she wanted to put them on the bus, so the first accused came to her and offered her help, so she left him two bags to put them in the place designated Then, I went to the phone card charger, which is about three meters away from the bus, and it took one minute, and when I was surprised, the accused stood in front of her in a way that raised her tension, and told her that he put the bags, so she did not confirm his words because of her confusion and I went up to the bus.

She added that, after her arrival, she was surprised by the disappearance of the handbag, so she asked the bus driver about the first suspect, and he informed her that he did not ride the bus, so she immediately reported to the police, but the matter was not limited to theft, if the accused man was able to open her phone because of a naive password, and the matter became more complicated that all The station's surveillance cameras are out, delaying the thief's access.

She noted that the real nightmare started when she received a text message from one of her friends stating that an unknown had contacted her by phone, and told her that someone had sold the victim's phone, and asked her not to inform the police so that she would not be affected by the videos on the phone.

The student explained that she had contacted the caller (the second accused), and told her that he keeps her father's number and does not want to call him, as he spoke with another friend who will be affected a lot of the videos, pointing out that she recorded the call that proves the theft of her phone and the leak of its contents.

She explained that the second defendant called her again, two days later, and threatened her with defaming her reputation as a Gulf citizen, and sent her video clips of her and her friends wearing free clothes in a women's party, but went further than that, and sent videos to an Emirati person with whom he had superficial knowledge, and the latter told her By that, then those videos began to spread in the vicinity of their relatives, and the accused threatened her with posting them on social networks and websites if she did not pay him 3000 dirhams, as he seized her account on the "Twitter" network and published pornographic pictures of him, and I realized that the accused entered the account via phone Stolen.

She continued that she did not bear these pressures, and she informed the investigators of everything that happened, and she received from the accused a phone call that blackmails her while sitting with two Dubai police, and asked her for 3000 dirhams, so she agreed to his request in order with them.

The victim indicated that the Dubai police arrested the defendants, but the nightmare did not end there, as her friend received a text message containing an unknown threat using a phone number returning to the country of the defendants, and asked her to inform the student to waive the case against the defendants, otherwise he will continue to discredit her.

A witness from Dubai Police said that the work team in the incident was able to lure the second suspect, after arranging with the student, and arrested him near Al Rigga Metro Station, and he admitted that he is just a mediator in the process run by the visitor (the first accused), who was monitoring the situation from afar and fled immediately after The second suspect was arrested, and he was circulated until he was arrested later.

The witness added that the second accused admitted that the first was the one who stole the phone and was able to open it because of the ease of the password, access to data and photos, and then instructed him to threaten the victim.

While the first defendant mentioned that he helped the victim to put the bags on the bus, then he discovered that she forgot her handbag, and found things inside, including a mobile phone, so the second defendant took it from him and opened it and entered the photos and videos, and the application "WhatsApp", and contacted with her close friend, and asked Including him connected to the victim, and began threatening her and publishing the clips that belong to her and her friends.
