It was at midnight on Saturday when police inside Båstad police station heard two to three loud bumps against their garage door. In addition to damage to the gate, a police car is also damaged in the garage.
The police classify the incident as suspected sabotage against blue-light activities.
- A patrol is in the garage and hears this when it happens. So someone deliberately drove to the gate and then left, says Filip Annas at the police's command center.
A person has been taken in for questioning and the police should go through surveillance cameras.
"Looks very serious about this"This is not the first time anyone is driving in the police station in Båstad. A similar event occurred in November 2018.
