“There was a head-on collision between a cargo Gazelle and Chinese-made wagons,” Alexei Zhdanov, head of the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, quoted TASS as saying.
It is noted that the collision occurred on the 499th kilometer of the R-22 Moscow-Volgograd highway.
All those killed in the incident were in the Gazelle.
According to preliminary data, there are no children among the dead.
Previously, three people were injured in a collision between a bus and a minibus in the north-west of Moscow.
