“Two employees of the Consulate General of Ukraine in St. Petersburg went to the Pskov region to organize further assistance to the victim in an accident,” he said.
The administration added that representatives of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs are in touch with relatives of those killed in the accident.
Earlier in the Pskov region, an accident involving a minibus and a truck occurred on the highway. The accident killed eight citizens of Ukraine.
A citizen of Ukraine and a citizen of Belarus were also injured, both received traumatic brain injuries.
