Huawei, the Chinese telecommunications giant, has been accused by the federal prosecutor of Brooklyn, in New York, of the crime of "organized crime", for stealing trade secrets from the USA. The Wall Street Journal reports.

For the New York prosecutor, this is an activity that Huawei has been carrying out for at least a decade and which has targeted at least six American companies, in violation of intellectual property protection rights. Criminal activity to strengthen its global business.

In January 2019, Huawei was accused of stealing trade secrets from the American TLC company T-Mobile, and on that occasion, the Chinese group's financial manager, Meng Wanzhou, nicknamed Lady Huawei for being the daughter, was arrested in Canada of Huawei founder Ren Zhengfei.
