According to the human rights activist, the general’s neighbors were an entrepreneur accused of an economic crime and a foreign citizen who is charged with giving a bribe.
Arslanov’s cell contains a TV, fridge, and books. In addition, the general was given a catalog of the prison library for the selection of literature.
On February 7, the court arrested the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, Colonel General Khalil Arslanov. The investigation believes that he was involved in the theft of 6.7 billion rubles as part of the execution of the state contract.
The general himself noted that he was fraudulently invited to the UK.
