A 15-year-old teenager, arrested on Monday for "death threats" and "contempt of agent" during the blockade of his high school in Marseille, spent the night in police custody, and was still heard Tuesday at midday.

Unacceptable! Following the peaceful blocking of the #Thiers high school in #Marseille, a high school student was arrested. While in his class, he was delivered by a security guard. A rally is underway in front of the Noailles police station. All my support!

The young man participated Monday morning in the blocking of the Lycée Thiers, in the center of Marseille, to protest against the new formula of the baccalaureate. It was on this occasion that, according to the police, he made death threats against a police officer. "He was then identified, and officers came to arrest him in the establishment in the afternoon," said the police.

This Tuesday, around noon, dozens of people gathered in front of the Noailles police station at the call of collectives and unions, to protest against this police custody.
