Focus on professional traffic when the police hold national traffic week

Two weeks a year, the police focus a great deal on professional traffic throughout the country.

- We actually carry out this form of traffic control regularly, says police inspector Nils Gustavsson, and believes that the weeks with more focus are being done to follow up on what kind of deficiencies there are.

Something that has increased in recent times is cheating with driving times, which is not always easy for the inspector to detect.

- Anyone who wants to change and manipulate something is often one step ahead of the person who will discover it all, he says.
