“In this pre-trial detention center, normal plumbing, the privacy of the bathroom is fully respected,” the PM said.
The PMC also said that the Colonel General was given a catalog of the prison library for the selection of literature, numbering more than 2.5 thousand volumes.
On February 7, the court arrested the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, Colonel General Khalil Arslanov.
The investigation believes that Arslanov was involved in the theft of 6.7 billion rubles as part of the execution of the state contract.
The general himself noted that he was fraudulently invited to the UK.
