The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation announced that about 330 male and female citizens are currently working in the private sector under the remote work system, where they perform their job tasks near their places of residence through the remote work centers provided by the ministry in Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Khor Fakkan.

The remote work system is considered one of the innovative initiatives implemented by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation with the aim of creating job opportunities for national human resources, especially for female citizens looking for work in areas far from cities, which provides them with the ability to find a balance between job tasks and family requirements and spare them from the hassle of going and coming from and to and from The corporations, especially the major ones, are based in cities. "

The Director of the Department of Employment in the Ministry, Fatima Farhan, stressed the importance of the remote work system in reducing operational costs for private sector companies, given that the ministry provides logistical support and services related to remote processing of work centers in the Ministry of Customer Happiness Center in various regions where a special hall is reserved for companies Establishing its own trademark, as well as providing offices for employees working in accordance with the remote work system.

She pointed out, "To the role of the system in motivating male and female citizens to work in the private sector, either part-time or full-time, in light of providing an attractive work environment that matches the family conditions, especially for female citizens looking for a job."

She stressed that the remote work system guarantees citizens of both men and women, whether full or part time workers, all the rights and privileges stipulated in the Law on Organizing Labor Relations and the decisions implemented for it, especially in terms of annual leave and registration in the pension and social insurance fund as well as access to health insurance.

She commended the companies interaction with the remote work system that would develop the partnership between the ministry and the private sector, and praised the performance of male and female citizens who are currently working in the private sector in accordance with the system.

The Director of the Employment Department of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation announced, "The Ministry recently signed 10 memoranda of understanding with private companies and institutions, according to which more than 200 new job opportunities were provided with a full-time and part-time work system in a number of regions in the country.

She stated, "The new job opportunities are aimed at those holding a high school diploma and a bachelor's degree, especially those who are fluent in the English language and computer. The jobs are concentrated in the fields of accounts, data entry, marketing, customer service, sales and other fields."

She added, "According to the memoranda of understanding, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation will nominate the names of job seekers registered with it in the" Emiratization Portal "whose qualifications correspond to the job requirements, as the institutions and companies concerned will conduct job interviews with the candidates in preparation for appointing those who pass these job interviews."

The MoUs included Emirates Exchange Company, Al Ansari Exchange, Al Dhabi Contracting Company, G4S Company, Al Jaber Transport and General Contracting Company, Sharjah General Contracting Company, Al Fardan Exchange Company, Al Masoud Company and Emirates Takaful Company, Desert Group Company.

In the context, a number of female citizens working with a system on remote work expressed their happiness in obtaining jobs in accordance with this system, which provided them with several privileges that would motivate them to continue in their jobs and perform their job duties with distinction and efficiency.

Citizen Ateeqa Bakhitan Farah explained that she performs her job duties in a call center belonging to one of the private companies through one of the remote work centers affiliated to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.

She stressed, "The teleworking system provided her with the job close to her place of residence, noting that the company entered her in a four-month training course during which she trained competently on the job requirements that she currently performs."

"She works part-time for an exchange company, which enables her and her colleagues, especially mothers, to commit to work tasks and at the same time execute the requirements of children and the family in an ideal way that makes them feel a great psychological comfort," explained Salamah Saeed Al Habsi.
She added that the company she works for has provided her with various training and career qualification opportunities as she has been trained in customer service programs and other training programs that enabled her to carry out work tasks and implement it as required.

The employee, Fatima Al-Balushi, praised the initiative to work remotely because it provides an attractive work environment for female citizens residing in remote areas, in addition to providing the appropriate conditions for female citizens and enables them to reconcile the requirements of the family and work at the same time.

She also praised the work environment within the remote work center, as this motivates her to excel in the performance of job tasks.

The citizen Khadija Salem expressed her happiness with the job that she got, especially that the remote work center is near her place of residence, noting that during the training period she got good opportunities to learn and understand the requirements and job tasks.
