The Head of the Human Resources Department in Sharjah, Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadem, revealed that 16 thousand male and female citizens are employed in government and private departments and institutions from 2014 until the end of 2019, indicating that the target number of citizens to employ them this year is 2500 citizens, pointing out that jobs are diverse , Including technical, administrative and professional.

He stressed that the citizen should have many qualifications and experience to obtain jobs by joining the specialized courses organized by the department to qualify them for the labor market, pointing out that employment fairs, which are organized in cooperation with the concerned authorities in the private sector, give an opportunity for the citizen to obtain the job, pointing to That the citizen must have certain skills to obtain a job, including language and keeping pace with developments.

The General Director of the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies, Jamal Ahmed Al Jasmi, said that the total jobs offered to citizens for the current year in the banking sector amount to 1,600 jobs, and 171 in the insurance sector, pointing out that the institute adopts many initiatives aimed at attracting citizens to work in the banking and insurance sectors, To reach the fulfillment of the vision of the state leadership to provide 7500 jobs in the financial sector, and 550 jobs in the insurance sector until 2022.

He pointed out that the banking sector comes at the forefront of the economic sectors in terms of assimilation of citizens, as they currently number nine thousand and 418 citizens working in banks and financial institutions, pointing out that 62% of citizens working in the private sector work in banks and banks, adding that the percentage of Emiratization Banks reached 27%.

In turn, the CEO of the Sharjah Expo Center, Saif Muhammad Al Midfa, said that the exhibition provides distinguished job opportunities in various university majors, and helps citizens looking for work by introducing them to the opportunities available in the institutions of the government and private sectors.

Rehab Khalaf, CEO of the Human Resources Department at the United Arab Bank, said that jobs in banks and banks are suitable for citizens, but that they should be able to assume responsibility and permanence. She added that the most challenging challenge facing citizens in the private sector is their movement between departments, and not staying for a long time in their job.

The head of the Sharjah International Airport Authority, Ali Salem Al-Midfa, stated that the authority has provided many jobs for citizens to support the settlement file. The percentage of Emiratisation of leading positions has reached 95%.

Etisalat's Executive Director for Human Resources, Abdel Rahim Al-Hayas, said that Etisalat is offering 50 jobs at the exhibition, which will be presented through its exhibition platform.
