As of Sunday at 16, no trains will run on the Tjustbanan, the Swedish Transport Administration reports. The route is closed with reference to the harsh winds, which are expected to reach storm strength, which enter southern Sweden on Sunday afternoon and evening.
The train traffic between Linköping and Västervik is expected to be able to start again on Monday.
Departures by train on the Stångådalsbanan between Linköping and Kalmar are currently unaffected.
