The cost of hired staff in the region has risen steadily year by year and 2019 was not an exception. This is despite the fact that the working time for rental personnel has decreased by four per cent.
- In Q4, we have reduced the dependency of nurses and are on their way to independence. I hope and believe that we will take big steps in 2020, says regional council Lena Johansson (S).
The hours for rented nurses have decreased, but at the same time the hours for the rented doctors have increased and therefore costs have not decreased.
