At the same time, lawyer Arslanov Anton Antonov said that the expert’s conclusion that the cost of the radio station was overstated was the basis of the case. According to the lawyer, there is no market value for the radio station, since it was created specifically for the aircraft.
According to the investigation, Arslanov, through proxies, threatened the witness with physical violence for testifying against him.
Arslanov is charged with embezzlement of 6.7 billion rubles.
