“Transportation of perishable fruit and vegetable products should be carried out only by Russian vehicles by Russian drivers with loading vehicles at the Heihe checkpoint and departure to Russia on the same day,” the commentary says.
At the same time, Chinese vehicles will pass with a load of no more than 20 units for unloading at the commercial port of Blagoveshchensk, provided that they return to China on the day of arrival.
