February 06, 2020 "We have passed a terrible test," said Donald Trump, speaking to the National Prayer Breakfats in Washington in his first appearance since acquittal to the Senate in the impeachment process.

Trump at noon Washington time (6pm in Italy) will speak to the nation from the White House. "Dishonest and corrupt people have done everything to destroy us and injure the nation," said the US president. "I don't like people who use their faith as a justification for doing what they know is wrong," said Trump. "And I don't like people who say 'I pray for you' when they know it's not like that."
