A third individual surrendered himself to the police on Wednesday. He was placed in police custody. All were then released, adds France Bleu Puy-de-Dôme.

Vehicles will be returned

The presumed culprits also allegedly broke into this association branch in the city of Issoire and would have damaged the premises by vandalizing the offices, reports the local daily. They acknowledged the facts before the police.

One of those arrested, a young minor woman, will have to explain herself to a juvenile judge. The other two, young men, will be heard in the context of an appearance on prior admission of guilt, reports La Montagne . They are all from the department.

The premises of the Secours populaire should be opened again next Monday, thanks to the mobilization of volunteers from the association who are working to restore the premises, says France Bleu Puy-de-Dôme. The stolen car and truck will also be returned to the structure.
