On February 5, the Presnensky court of Moscow restricted the rights of the parents of a girl who has lived for five years in the capital, Mother and Child PMC. As reported, the child will be handed over to guardianship authorities.

In January 2019, the center’s employees reported that for five years a girl has been living in a medical facility that parents refuse to take home, as they allegedly fear for her health, although, according to experts, the child is absolutely healthy.

In late December, the guardianship authorities of Moscow filed a lawsuit against the girl’s parents to restrict their parental rights.
