His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, today adopted a document of principles of job conduct and public job ethics for Dubai government employees.
In his account on the social networking site "Twitter", His Highness said: "We have adopted the document of principles of job conduct and public job ethics for Dubai government employees ... We are keen on upgrading our human resources and setting systems that enable them to improve their job performance within the controls and laws."
His Highness added: "His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum believes that the employee is the government’s capital, and we continue to develop our human capabilities and resources to reach the highest levels of professional competence and behavioral commitment and provide a bright image of our government."
