He will then head to Senegal, where he will meet with President Maki Sall and the country's foreign minister.

On February 17, in Pompeo, Angola is scheduled to meet with President Juan Lawrence and Foreign Minister Manuel Domingos Augusta.

Then he will go to Ethiopia, where he will also have meetings with the leadership of the country.

From February 19 to February 21, the Secretary of State will be in Saudi Arabia, where he plans to discuss Iran, Yemen and the topic of respect for human rights.

The Pompeo tour ends with a visit to Oman.
