The program is organized by the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives Foundation, in cooperation with the Dubai Council for the Future of Humanitarian Action, and under the supervision of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development. The program combines an academic curriculum and field training intensively, with an emphasis on the practical side and field trips in disadvantaged communities outside the country.

In the first phase of the program, the affiliates will take part in workshops that will be organized in the International City for Humanitarian Services in Dubai, to receive the necessary knowledge, before they embark on the second phase of a field trip outside the country in which they work in teams serving a community in one of the needy villages in a remote area classified as places The less fortunate, and Emirati Hope Makers' projects will be presented to a specialized committee to obtain material and moral support, to follow up, develop and expand their horizons.

The training program will be documented through a four-episode TV program broadcast on Dubai TV next Ramadan, in cooperation with the Dubai Media Foundation, with the aim of documenting this experience and extracting many inspiring messages and stories and sharing them with people, and presenting a set of Emirati inspirational models to the Arab world from makers Passionate hope seeking to be part of the Emirati tender system.
