Earlier, the head of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, Denis Manturov, said that Russia began production of the S-400 Triumph anti-aircraft missile systems (SAM) for India. He stressed that Russia and India are fulfilling all their obligations under the S-400 supply contract concluded between the countries.
