This came on the occasion of the Cabinet’s approval at its last session, headed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to form a Digital Quality of Life Council, which strengthens the UAE’s position among the first countries in the world to implement such an initiative, headed by Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and the membership of the Minister of State for Happiness and Quality of Life Director General of the Office of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Ohood Bint Khalfan Al-Roumi, Vice-President of the Council, and representatives of the federal and local government agencies concerned and various groups of society.
