The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources revealed that the human resources information management system in the Federal Government «Bayanati» has assessed the efficiency of more than 20,000 applicants for federal government jobs electronically, since the launch of the Efficiency Enhancement Project in April of 2018 until the end of 2019.

Shaima Al-Awadi, Director of Human Resources Information System at the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, explained that the project to enhance the efficiency of electronic recruitment is one of the strategic projects of the Authority, and it is implementing it within the platform of the Human Resources Information System in the Federal Government «My data», noting that it contributed to the development of a system Appointment and recruitment of talent to the federal government, where he succeeded, since its launch in 2018 until the end of last year, in assessing the efficiency of more than 20 thousand applicants for federal government jobs.

Al-Awadi mentioned that the project ensures that the candidate for employment meets the main requirements of the job, according to the job description card available in the «Bayanati» system, by automating the processes of assessing the competence of applicants for vacancies in the federal government, which enhances the ability of ministries and federal agencies to employ the best efficiency.

She indicated that the "efficiency of employment" feature is activated in the federal entities operating all of the "Bayanati" system, which number 44 ministries and destinations, and that will enhance the efficiency of employment in the federal government, without the workers in the ministries bearing any operational burdens.

Al-Awadi said: «The idea of ​​the project relies on electronic verification of the appropriateness and efficiency of applicants to fill vacancies in the federal government, based on the criteria set by the job description card for the job to be appointed, namely: academic qualification and specialization, and previous experience, including years of experience in the field The work of the job required to be appointed, the technical competencies required to fill the job, and finally the extent of the applicant's ability to assume the required tasks and responsibilities, while specifying a weight for each of these criteria.
