Dozens of Swedes have been evacuated from virus-infected Wuhan. They landed in Stockholm on Sunday evening.

- Two people are from Dalarna. That's the information I've been given, ”says Anders Lindblom on Monday morning.

He says that they are now in Dalarna and that they have so far not shown any symptoms.

- They have been in voluntary quarantine for two weeks. They are healthy right now and they will have daily contact with us. As soon as they get any symptoms we can try them. They will take the temps every day. It can happen a lot in just a few minutes, but as I understand it everyone who has come to Sweden must have been symptom free.

Readiness is available within the region

Voluntary quarantine means that they are allowed to go out, but that they should avoid crowds.

Anders Lindblom says that there is preparedness within the region if infection should occur in Dalarna.

- We have a readiness to take care of infected patients. The staff is informed about what applies with protective equipment, for example, he says and goes on to say that he does not think there is any cause for concern in the county.

- Now we have no spread of infection in principle outside China. These are some isolated cases. Maybe we could get some rainfall in Dalarna too, but the risk of it spreading here is very small, so there is no reason for concern as it looks right now, he says.
