In previous years, she served as US Deputy Permanent Representative to NATO and worked at US embassies in Ukraine, Georgia and Russia.

Earlier, head of the US Department of State Mike Pompeo at a meeting in Minsk with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko noted the importance of the exchange of ambassadors to normalize relations between the countries.
