A young adult, threw himself out of the window when the police arrived at his home in Colmar on Saturday, report the Latest News from Alsace . The reason ? He was suspected of stealing a phone on Friday along with two other people. All aged between 18 and 19, they allegedly approached a teenager in a square in the city center, took his cell phone before forcing him to deliver the code and threaten him with reprisals if he turned to the police.

One of them, found near the scene of the theft, had allowed the arrest the next day of two other suspects. Including the one who threw himself out the window. It was also at the latter that the phone was found. In his fall, the fugitive landed on the roof of a garage which he damaged as well as a car before being found hidden under another vehicle.

Already known to the police, they have been placed in police custody and will be brought before the courts in immediate appearance.
