Here is the list of countries and territories that have announced confirmed cases of disease due to the new coronavirus since its spread from the Chinese city of Wuhan, where it appeared in December.
Outside of China, Macao and Hong Kong, more than 150 cases of contamination have been confirmed in around 20 countries.
- CHINA -
More than 14,000 people were infected in mainland China where 304 patients died, according to the last official report released on February 2.
Almost all of the deaths occurred in the Hubei region, the cradle of the contagion of which Wuhan is the capital.
- Fourteen cases were recorded in the autonomous region of Hong Kong. Several of these people stayed in Wuhan.
- Seven cases have been reported in the autonomous region of Macau.
- ASIA PACIFIC -
East Asia
South Korea: twelve cases.
Japan: 20 cases.
Taiwan: ten cases.
South East Asia
Cambodia: a case, a man arrived from Wuhan.
Malaysia: eight cases.
Philippines: one case, a woman from Wuhan.
Singapore: 18 cases.
Thailand: 19 cases.
Vietnam: six cases.
South Asia
India: one case, a student from Wuhan.
Nepal: one case, a man arrived from Wuhan.
Sri Lanka: one case.
Australia
Twelve cases. most of these people came from Wuhan or Hubei Province.

Germany: ten cases.
Spain: one case.
Finland: one case.
France: six cases.
Italy: two cases.
