“The order implies measures only against Chinese citizens: Chinese citizens are temporarily suspended from entering Russia as part of group tourist trips, and the issuance of work visas to Russia for Chinese citizens is suspended,” the government apparatus explained.
The cabinet’s staff also added that the Russian government does not restrict Russian citizens from traveling to China, but recommends abstaining from this.
